MVP AWARD

Dear Colonel Tom Wilson:

Congratulations on being recognized as one of the thirty-two "MOST
VALUABLE PROGRAMS" within the region for Mission Set 2002!

The Louisville Slugger Bat you received should serve as both a reward for a job well
done, as well as a motivator for you and your entire cadre and staff to continue the hard
work that lies ahead as we strive to reach 100 percent mission success in the near future
throughout the region.

Included with this letter is a photograph of you being presented your bat from Major
General John T. D. Casey, Commanding General, United States Army Cadet Command;
and Dr. Clinton Bristow, Jr., President, Alcom State University, guest speaker for our
Annual Region Conference 2002. Additionally, there is a group photo of all the winners
of the "MOST VALUABLE PROGRAM" award for Mission Set 2002.

Again, congratulations to you and your cadre and staff. I am proud of your
accomplishments and look forward to continued success from your program in the
coming years.

Sincerely,

Paul L. Willis
Colonel, US Army
Commanding
